How We Determine Your Residential Sewer Rates

Residential

The average of the actual water consumption for the months of November, December, January and February with consumption, up to 20,000 gallons per month, is the maximum monthly consumption that will be charged. If no consumption during these months, the winter quarter defaults to 6,000 gallons.

The actual water consumption for the months of November, December, January and February are averaged and that consumption figure or 20,000 gallons, whichever is lesser, is used to determine the maximum monthly consumption that will be charged. If actual consumption is less than the maximum monthly consumption then the actual consumption figure is used to calculate your sewer charges. If no consumption during these months, the winter quarter defaults to 6,000 gallons.

Non-Residential

100% of metered water volumes, less 2,000 gallons times use rate.

*Please note that service calls after 5 p.m. will result in a $100 service fee.
