Most applications can be completed over the phone. You will be advised whether additional requirements such as a lease, verification of ID, etc., are needed.
The initial Residential Security Deposits* range from $75 to $150, $50 service call fee, and a $12.50 solid waste administration fee for new residential service customers.
In lieu of the $75 minimum deposit, you may mail or fax us a Letter of Credit from any utility company.
Commercial customers may call us for a quote on their service. In many cases, the deposit and new service charges may be billed to you as part of your first month water bill.
*Deposits are based on any previous account history.
Additional deposits may be required depending on payment history.
